LOBSTER Family Restaurant – it is a pleasant environment, delicious food from fresh raw material, and good drinks. We care for and bet on the quality. Since the beginning, we have been comparing ourselves with the best restaurants in the Czech Republic, have been inspired by them and have been trying to beat them, not because we long for exclusivity, but for your satisfaction.
We want to be a family restaurant where you relish the food and feel good and to which you return with pleasure.
The word ‘family’ is not part of the restaurant’s name by accident. As a family non-smoking restaurant, we offer complete services for you and your children, and we do not mean just children’s stools or baby changing stations.
Our youngest customers may choose from the children’s menu offering colouring books, pastels, and, in particular, an awesome underwater life-styled children’s corner with an ENORMOUS AQUARIUM the children may not want to leave!
We are proud to state that our chef Jaroslav Klár prepared our menu along with the “Michelin” Roman Paulus. A big role is played by the Italian cuisine – homemade pasta and pizza. Our pizza masters were trained and certified in the Accademia Pizzaioli in the Italian Genoa and thoroughly follow the original recipes.
We strictly care for the quality and the freshness of raw materials. Our fish from a first-class supplier, mature meat from farms, and homemade desserts should satisfy all lovers of good food.
We believe that it is people who make a restaurant good. Therefore, our chef Jaroslav Klár has an efficient team of co-workers thanks to whom you can relish not only great food and drinks but also a quality and flawless service.
